Ingrid is the Director of Hayden Migration and a Registered Migration Agent, with 10 years of experience in the Australian migration industry. She brings extensive industry knowledge and a practical understanding of the complexities of the Australian immigration system.
Ingrid holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Cross University, a Graduate Diploma in Migration Law from Victoria University, and a Diploma in Human Resource Management. Her background across migration, business and the creative industries gives her a unique perspective on the professional and personal circumstances that can shape a visa application.
Ingrid specialises in entertainment and partner visas. Through her work with performers and creative professionals, she has developed specialist industry knowledge and has supported clients performing at major Australian events, including Dark Mofo, Golden Plains Festival and Vivid Sydney.
As Director of Hayden Migration, Ingrid is committed to providing clear, considered advice and tailored migration solutions. She understands that every client's circumstances are different and takes a practical, personalised approach to helping individuals, couples and families navigate the Australian immigration system.
Martin Hayden
Education Consultant
Emeritus Professor Dr Martin Hayden is an internationally recognised scholar specialising in global higher education systems. He has held senior academic appointments at two Australian universities and established a distinguished career in higher education research, policy and consultancy.
Throughout his career, Martin has undertaken extensive research and consultancy projects across Asia and the Pacific, supported by organisations including the Australian Government, the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, the ASEAN Secretariat and various government agencies throughout the region. His experience supervising postgraduate students from Southeast Asia and working across numerous countries has given him a deep understanding of the cultural, social and educational contexts of the region.
Having worked closely with international students, Martin understands the opportunities and challenges associated with pursuing education in Australia. At Hayden Migration, he oversees projects relating to Australian education opportunities, drawing on his extensive academic experience and international perspective to support informed decision-making.
Annabel Hsu
Client Relationship Manager
Annabel is a Taiwanese and Australian citizen, having migrated to Australia herself in 2018.
She has a strong passion toward helping people migrate to Australia. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from National Chengchi University and a Master’s degree from the University of Melbourne. Annabel is a registered secondary school teacher in Taiwan and Australia. She has also worked as an education consultant assisting overseas students to find appropriate courses in Australia.
Annabel is responsible for client relations. She is fluent in mandarin language.
